"He was an advocate for me. He not only negotiated a good price, appropriate repairs, and solutions for timing problems before closing, he also helped me out after the house closed and was in my possession. The former owners left a mattress on the front sidewalk, and trash including doors in the back alley. I asked the seller's agent to take care of it, and he didn't. It wasn't until Rick put the arm on the agent that the sellers agreed to pay to get the trash hauled away.
